This Roommate Agreement is entered into voluntarily by the undersigned roommates to establish shared expectations for living together. This agreement is not a substitute for the lease and does not override any terms set by the Landlord or Property Manager.

5. Common Areas
All roommates agree to keep shared spaces (kitchen, living room, bathrooms) clean and reasonably tidy. Personal items should be stored in private rooms or designated areas. Shared groceries and supplies should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
6. Quiet Hours

During quiet hours, roommates agree to keep noise at a reasonable level, including music, TV, phone calls, and guests.
7. Guests

9. Move-out Terms
