• Provide and improve the Platform
• Display your listings and profile to other users
• Facilitate messaging between users
• Send notifications about your account and listings
• Verify student status via .edu email
• Enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information. Your profile and listing information is visible to other users of the Platform. We may share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, storage) that help us operate the Platform.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. Photos are stored in secure cloud storage.

You can:

• Update or delete your profile information at any time
• Delete your listings at any time
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us
• Change your email address from your profile page

6. Cookies

We use local storage to save your authentication session and theme preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

PassTheKeys is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
